Sixty-six years ago Holy Trinity Monastery began producing the print journal Orthodox Life. The year was 1950 and this English-language publication was a major undertaking for a community of mostly Russian-speaking monks, but the missionary need for a source of Orthodox spiritual nourishment in the English language made this effort an imperative. That same missionary spirit has now led us to move from a print to an online platform. It is our firm belief that this step will make the content of Orthodox Life much more widely available than ever before and easily sharable. Thanks to these new technologies we can better make the voice of Orthodoxy heard in our times.
